Payment Policy
We use secure processors (Stripe, Square, WooPayments) to keep things running smooth. Here is how we handle the money side of things:
Payment Timing
Full payment is required when you place your order, unless we have a different written agreement in place. No free rides.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following for all standard orders:
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
- ACH and Wire Transfers (Prior approval required)
Government Agencies
We know you guys have your own systems. We accept Checks and FedPay specifically from government agencies.
Bitcoin
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) but no other cryptocurrencies, as many governmental agencies now have reserves of BTC.
Please contact us directly if you’d like to pay via Bitcoin or the Lightning Network.
Order Processing
Important: Fulfillment of your order will begin after your payment has cleared. We don’t load the truck until the money hits the bank.
