Ordering & Quotes

How can I get a quote for large orders or government purchases?

Use the "Request a Quote" button on any product page or email quotes@parksupplier.com. We specialize in government and bulk purchasing, and our quoting team usually replies within one business day.

Do you accept purchase orders for government orders?

Yes — we accept purchase orders from verified government entities including municipalities, school districts, parks & recreation departments, HOAs, and other public agencies. Simply email your PO to quotes@parksupplier.com or fax it to us.

Please note: At this time, we do not accept purchase orders from non-governmental companies or individuals. All purchase orders go through a strict verification process to confirm the issuing organization is an authorized government entity. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our PO billing program and ensure timely payment for all parties.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For larger orders, we also offer net terms and purchase order billing for qualified government organizations.

Do you accept Bitcoin or cryptocurrency?

Yes — we accept Bitcoin (BTC) as a payment method, but we do not accept any other cryptocurrencies at this time. With a growing number of governmental agencies now holding Bitcoin reserves, we've made it available as a payment option to better serve our public-sector customers. We also support payments via the Lightning Network for faster, lower-fee transactions.

If you'd like to pay via Bitcoin or the Lightning Network, please contact us directly so we can coordinate the transaction and provide you with a payment address. All other orders can be placed using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), verified government purchase orders, or traditional bank transfers.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping usually take?

Lead times vary by product and manufacturer. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products typically ship in 3–6 weeks. We provide estimated lead times with every quote.

What freight courier do you use for deliveries?

We use a variety of LTL freight carriers depending on the product size, weight, and your location. We coordinate with top-rated carriers to ensure safe delivery and competitive freight rates. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Yes — we proudly serve all 50 states. Freight costs vary by location and order size. Contact us for a custom freight estimate for your delivery address.

Orders & Account

Where can I view my past orders or invoices?

Log in to your My Account page to view order history and download invoices. If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team with your order number.

Where can I check my order status?

You can check your order status in your My Account dashboard. You'll also receive email updates with tracking information when your order ships.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected where required by law. If your organization is tax-exempt, please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to support@parksupplier.com before placing your order.

What warranties do you offer?

Can I get spec sheets or CAD drawings?

Absolutely. We can provide spec sheets, CAD drawings, and product submittals for any item in our catalog. Just ask when requesting a quote or contact our support team.
