At Park Supplier LLC, we supply high-quality equipment, but we do not manufacture it. All warranties are provided directly by the original manufacturer. However, we are here to help you navigate the claim process to get issues resolved.
Coverage Overview
- Duration: Warranties range from 1 to 7 years depending on the specific product series and coating type.
- What is Covered: Generally covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Resolution: Manufacturers will typically repair or replace the defective item at their discretion.
What is NOT Covered
Standard manufacturer warranties generally exclude:
- Vandalism or intentional damage.
- Damage from natural or man-made disasters.
- Normal wear-and-tear (weathering).
- Issues caused by improper installation or lack of maintenance.
How to File a Claim
We will assist you in filing your claim with the manufacturer. To start the process, please contact us with:
- Your original order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damage.
Important Note: Do not ship any products back without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will likely be refused by the manufacturer.
Timeline
Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for warranty claims to be processed and resolved by the manufacturer.
